Ordering is easy!
Let’s face it, ordering promotional products is not likely
to be the most important thing you do each day. That’s OK, because
it is the most important thing we do all day! Whether you order over the
web or over the phone (we're happy to work with you either way!), your
order is cared for by a team of people who will make sure we get every
detail right - and they really know promotional products. Plus, you’ll
always see an e-proof or faxed proof of your order so you can rest assured
that everything is exactly as you’d like it to be - before we produce
anything. It really is the easiest way to order promotional products!
We will not accept phone orders, due to possibility of error.
Orders can be placed by email, fax or post.
Return Policy
We pride ourselves on quality products. In the unlikely event of a claim,
all claims must be in writing and received within 14 days from receiving
product. Returns will only be accepted on faulty product that does not
match product ordered. In the order process you will approved artwork
before we begin manufacturing. A change of mind after this does not constitute
grounds for returning product. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection
before a refund or replacement of stock will be issued.
Delivery
For customers within Australia, we use Australia Post, Startrack Express,
Fastway Couriers, and Courier Australia. The cost of the most appropriate
service will be added to your quote.
For customers outside Australia, TNT Global Express air mail is the most
cost effective mode of transport. Insurance (we recommend), & expected
delivery times will be added to your quote. A dispatch note/customs declaration
and your receipt is attached to your consignment when the goods leave
Australia.
Trading Terms
For all new accounts, our payment terms is COD for the first 3 transaction.
We accept Visa & MasterCard,
(2% surcharge) money orders, cheques and bank transfer.
Upon receipt of payment, goods will be dispatched.
After a trading account has been established, all goods are sold subject
to being paid within 14 days from statement. Any account reaching 45 days
will be charge 5% interest.
Orders in excess of $10,000 - a 50% deposit is require
upon order, balance is to be paid on delivery.
Default Accounts
Any company or person/s defaulting on a payment to Bodimasta Promotions
will be actively pursued by us. All fees involved in recovering the debt
will be billed to that company or person/s. A 5% interest charge will
be added to the invoice for each month past 45 days that the debt remains
unpaid and all recovery costs will be added to the outstanding amount.
Over or Under Runs
2% over or under delivery considered fulfillment on all orders.
All due care is taken with orders however a 2% defective rate is considered
acceptable on large orders.
GST
Our price is exclusive of GST. 10% GST will be added to the total
of your invoice, including freight and setup cost.
Artwork
We prefer Vector created EPS files to size for all forms of decoration.
You should also include PMS colours where applicable. Please refer to
our catalogue for standard decoration areas. Your Customer Service Officer
will be happy to help you further with any questions you may have.
Proofs
Your artwork will be email to you for approval, before job commences.
Re-draw
Our graphic artist can redraw your logo, that are not suitable to work
with. Cost is based on $70 + GST per hour artwork fees. Please submit
your artwork and we can give you a quote.
Printed Samples
Pre-production samples of printed branded merchandise should be requested
at the time your order is placed. Cost will then be quoted.
Unprinted samples returns are fully reimbursed but are
only accepted within 14 days of invoice and must be in original packaging.
We reserve the right to make changes to our site and its disclaimers,
terms and conditions at any time.
Urgent Orders
We are happy to accommodate urgent orders, but any extraordinary
expenses will be passed on. A surcharge could also apply.
Disclaimer
Bodimasta Promotions cannot be liable for delays in delivery or product
availability due to customs, shipping or natural disasters.
When can I have it ... ?
Turn-around time:
1. Normally 2-3 weeks from the approval of your artwork.
2. Rush orders with less than a week, a surcharge will apply.
3. We can print anything with your business name on it!
